Refund Policy
We accept returns if you change your mind, provided the goods are unopened and in a saleable condition. You have 14 days from the day you receive your goods to make this decision.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of postage when returning items. A full refund will be processed within 7 days of receiving the goods, provided they are in a saleable and unopened condition. If the goods are not saleable or have been used, we reserve the right to refuse the refund request, subject to management discretion.

Faulty Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act, any products you purchase must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
You have 30 days from receiving the product to make a claim for faulty goods. The easiest way to report a faulty product is by calling our team on 07748 155 292.
Alternatively, you can email sales@lalucy.co.uk. We may request photographic evidence of the damage or fault. If a return is necessary, we will ask you to post the product to us and reimburse the postage cost once we receive proof of postage.
Please note: Any inconsistencies with orders must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your items. If we are not informed within this timeframe, we will be unable to address the issue.
